ATM Spray x Sathon District
กาโม่ทำงานศิลปะเพื่อชุมชนครั้งแรกเมื่ออายุ 10 ขวบ ตอนนั้นเป็นงาน Art on the Street ที่ซอยลาดพร้าว 112 ส่วนวันนี้มีโอกาสหาประสบการณ์อีกครั้ง ในฐานะศิลปินจิตอาสา ร่วมกับพี่ๆ ฝีมือดีอีก 30 กว่าคน ทำงานกราฟิตี้ในชุมชนสาทร โดยมีพี่มวย ศิลปินชื่อดังเป็น mentor (โชคดีที่สมัครไปแล้วทีมงานเขาเลือกกาโม่ด้วย) โครงการนี้เกิดจากความร่วมมือกันระหว่าง ATM Spray และสำนักงานเขตสาทร เพื่อปรับภูมิทัศน์ในชุมชนริมคลองวัดยานนาวาให้สวยงามขึ้นด้วยผลงานศิลปะ
ผลงานอาแปะขายบะหมี่ มาจากแนวคิดของวิถีชีวิตและความเป็นสตรีทฟู้ดที่อยู่คู่ชุมชนสาทรมานาน ในสเก็ตช์แรกที่วาดไว้ อาแปะมีตู้และอุปกรณ์เพียบ แต่หน้างานจริง เจอทั้งเสาทั้งร่องอิฐ แถมต้องแข่งกับฝน เลยต้องลดรายละเอียดลง และเพิ่มสีม่วงที่ไหลต่อเนื่องมาจากงานของพี่ๆ ที่อยู่ข้างๆ
มีใครเขาโดดเรียนครึ่งวันมาวาดกำแพงเหมือนกาโม่กันไหมเนี่ย (แต่แม่เซ็นใบลา พ่อพามาส่งนะฮะ)
I worked with a community art project for the first time when I was 10. Today I have another experience as one of 30+ volunteer artists for a graffiti project at Sathon District community. The purpose of this project, coordinated by ATM Spray and Sathon District, is to develop the canal area with art.
The idea of ‘Chinese noodle man’ comes from street foods lifestyle which belongs to this old community. In my sketch, the noodle man has a cabinet and many utensils. At the site, there are wall columns, brick gaps and rain clouds that rush me, so I have to cut off some details. I also put some purple that flows from other panels through the whole walls.
I skipped my afternoon class just to paint this wall. My mom signed the absent form and my dad drove me though.
